Brandywine Country Club TIS
A Traffic Impact Study (TIS) is performed to assess the impacts of land development on traffic. New Castle County and DelDOT have set thresholds for measuring quality of traffic flow that land development projects must adhere to. A TIS was performed for this project. See map, below. In general, the study included intersections along US202 from Mt. Lebanon Road to Woodlawn Road; along Shipley Road from Silverside Road to Naamans Road; and along Naamans Road from Shipley Road to Ebright Road. The study area was determined by New Castle County and DelDOT.
